How to Get Fast Prices

- Tell me the height & width of each panel between your posts
- Max width between posts is approx 3000mm
- If you want a seamless front with posts behind, max panel is 5000mm
- Tell me your batten colour
- Choose gaps: 40mm, 80mm or 120mm
Example: A 2200w × 1400h screen with 80mm gaps, built Vertical in Black / White / Dark Grey ≈ $554 (≈ $179 per sqm). Cut-to-size and supplied as a flat-packed DIY kit.
Our Precision Rail System
The multi-purpose top & bottom rails have pre-punched holes every 40mm for a perfect vertical system in any height or width. Screws sit inside the channel, and our aluminum cover trims conceal all fixings for a clean, architectural finish.
We can supply rails without using the pre-punched holes. You can freestyle any gap size you want — just note it will require a little extra care during assembly.
Understanding Batten Spacing
- Rails set at 80mm centres = 40mm gaps
- Rails set at 120mm centres = 80mm gaps
- Rails set at 160mm centres = 120mm gaps
Battens are 40×40mm. They protrude 40mm forward from the horizontal rail. Internal ribs + screw-connection = as strong as welding.

Connection Options
Standard quoting uses brackets fixing to the side of your posts (panels sit between posts). For a seamless front look, request Saddle Brackets which mount to the front of your posts. Max length for saddle-mounted panels: 5000mm.
You can build between brick piers, timber, steel or our aluminium posts:

Simple Install Steps
- Fix top & bottom rails to your posts with brackets
- Measure 10% of batten height to set rail intersection
- Mark batten screw line with a marker
- Two people: screw first batten through rail hole into batten rib side
- Continue the top row, then fix the bottom rail
- Leave your selected gap between battens
We cut, you TEK it together at home.
What You Should Know
- $100 deposit per custom panel for pickups
- We cut Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Protective film left on material
- Allow 3–6mm tolerance in final sizes
- Gaps quoted (40 / 80 / 120) are between battens
- Battens cannot start/end within 30mm due to bracket zone
